Played Among Us for the first time today. Went 2-0. Dont’t get the appeal though.
Tried out 2nd episode of Fitness+ Beginner set. I’ve never taken a fitness class, so it’s rather interesting. Just really wish I could do it with my current Apple TV setup. Today it was in the garage, where the projector was setup for last night’s outdoor movie with friends.
Huh. Just had to report fraudulent charges on my Amazon Prime card used for 2 things, Amazon (and related properties) and Illinois Lottery (Apple Card not supported). Wonder which one of those gave up the number.
Airpods Max online shipping availability now down to only 7 weeks. Still no local pickup Chicagoland) available yet since release day.
Hypothesis: Mutants are introduced into the MCU by the reverse of House of M. Instead of “No more mutants” we get “More like me”.
Annoyed that Fitness+ using bluetooth for Apple Watch/Apple TV integration. Doesn’t help me with a whole house AV setup where the Apple TVs are in the basement. Didn’t even work when I was trying with the basement TV down the hallway from the AV Closet.
Just got some taro powder to make our own taro bubble tea at home. We’ll see if it makes a dent in our weekly Tea Ninja treats.
Airpods Max Silver ordered for Express Pickup today at 2pm. Space Gray was also available, as was Sky Blue and Pink. Green was not. This is at Apple Lincoln Park.
Setup a couple Siri shortcuts to check Airpods Max Availability in Silver (1st choice) and Space Gray. Pretty cool. Much faster than opening the Apple Store, selecting Airpods Max and the color to see availability.
I’ll start checking on Tuesday if Airpods Max in Space Gray or Silver is available for Express Pickup in store. I gave in, without waiting for detailed reviews. Space Gray seems like an obvious choice, but then again Silver is just so iconic Apple for headphones.
